[12] dream diary: mar 19, 2025

two for one again babeyyyy. i'm starting to get vivid dreams, but no less on the randomness. it's starting to get entertaining sometimes, so i think this has been a good habit.

dream number one

• eating out somewhere with coworkers. except we're all at different parts of the mall, because no one can decide where they want to eat. i was with my research senior grabbing vietnamese food, i'm pretty sure. i had spring rolls in a bed of salad :) yum... lots of protein too... yum!!
• oh i think our research team leader came back too after a long absence... but she was, like everyone else, eating at a different place with my manager i think?
• suddenly i have to go to the restroom!! and i went!! the stalls were uncomfortably small :( and so were the doors?? like they were short, and even if it covered you, you could barely see things peeking out when you're sat down. strange?? but i went and did my business and left the stall.
• a coworker outside my team (let's call her gina) was at the restroom too, looking around. and there was this other stranger who looked VERY out of place. NOT because they looked masculine, but they were in A WHOLE DIFFERENT ART STYLE?? art style?? but they looked like they were rendered from a 3d game????
• they looked like an anime. there's this otome game that's huge nowadays among women, love and deepspace. i haven't played it. but they looked like a love interest from there. huge muscular body, bright blue hair and equally bright blue eyes that Stare Into Your Soul. i think the eyes bothered me the most. sometimes, i think they were red????
• and like otome game love interest fashion, they start flirting with me?? uh. uncomfortable!! me, confused as fuck, tries to be polite as i can. but secretly i am itching to get away from there. i don't know why or how but the escape plan is to "make them fall asleep" (in the rest room?? ok??), so i can get the fuck out. while i talk to them, i sneakily hand gina my stuff so nothing can weigh me down when i eventually make a run for it. my fellow junior researcher was there too, so they helped sneakily take my stuff away.
• with the help of VICKS VAPORUB (lavender scented maybe), i managed to make them fall asleep. i grabbed some shoes lying on the ground (part of my stuff for some reason, but also they were clearly my brothers' expensive sneakers) and then... i make a run for it!! eventually, i end up in this studio backstage area camera room?? huh??
• through the cameras, we see the person wake up cluelessly and stumble outside. and then it just turns into this huge, brutal prank on them where they get hurt and humiliated for "comedy" :( i was feeling REALLY bad about it watching from the cameras... i remember even questioning "at what point does these pranks even get too far??" to the "hosts" of the show... which were, funnily enough, those main characters from the hit nickelodeon show icarly. LOL?? listen. i don't know. dreams, am i right??
• the blue stranger eventually finds the backstage studios and attacks someone. freddy (the icarly dude) had to tranquilizer dart them. their mom eventually finds her blue haired child, goes "that's my baby!", and then hauls them away. a laugh track plays.
• sam (from icarly) suddenly comes through the door, looking like a mess. but she has chicken dill sandwiches and beef teriyaki burgers to pass around. the containers looked questionably beaten up, but the food looked normal. i got chicken dill...
• fade to black. aka i wake up.

there was definitely other stuff happening in my dream BEFOREHAND, but i forgot. there was this random schoolgirl asking us if we could help her cheat on her class presentation. the rest is blurry.

dream number two

• our aunt invited us to a cruise! so we were waiting for the ship! except my brain doesn't know how cruises work so it imagined a small, private yacht and we were waiting at a beach seaside instead of a dock.
• actually, i was already at the ship. the boat was further away from the seaside... so there were these huge lifeguards who swam up and down to "fetch" us from the beach to the boat. my brain doesn't know how cruises work.
• anyway, i was thirsty! i asked my lifeguard buddy (complete stranger but we made friends in the dream :) hooray) if he could swim me to the shore so i can grab a water bottle from my brothers. he was like well okay! and we swam up. my brothers were waiting for their lifeguards (funny how we all get our individual ones), but they handed me their lunchbags. they said the water bottle should be inside and we might as well bring it to the ship because they were carrying a lot. we were like well okay! and then swam off.
• for some reason... me and my lifeguard buddy got lost!! i don't remember if the ship just... shipped away?? well, i remember we were chasing it. and then the weather started to get so bad. and my lifeguard friend accidentally let go of my younger brother's bag, so he rest me on a... well, logically it should be a rock, but it was a huge truck?? there were vehicles just floating on the water, so i was holding onto them while he dove. only to say it was too dark, and he couldn't find anything. so he took one of those floating vehicles, turned on the headlights, and then tossed it into the water?? and it sank?? and he used the light to find the lunchbox... hooray!!??!!
• we kept swimming. we saw other floating land things that shouldn't be on water. like a 7eleven...?? now that i think about it, it was storming pretty hard so the sea was also flood. the world was water, for some reason. i was hungry and wanted food from the 7eleven, but the lifeguard told me there will be free food on the ship (yacth) (boat)... and so we swam by it while i was clutching him. getting very sleepy.
• we swam what feels like a long time. we don't even know where the boat is at anymore, so it was like we were just having an adventure! the sky eventually cleared up, and it was so pretty with all the stars!! at one point, i even saw a meteor shower (but when i told my lifeguard friend, he couldn't see anything).
• eventually, something like an aurora was lighting the sky up in pink and bright blue and yellow... and it was very sparkly!! it looked almost like pokemon mystery dungeon 2's fogbound lake. the one with the volbeats and illumise!! which was so pretty!! and from one of my favorite games of all time too!!
• speaking of pokemon, what was making the pretty lights was a very small manaphy. a small one that fit right on my palm!! and it had a special color palette where it wasn't the usual nor shiny. actually it looked CLOSE to shiny, but most notably the gem was a pretty pink!! cute!!
• suddenly, i was undergoing a magical girl transformation!! i looked very cute and was in a nice dress :) my lifeguard.. turned into a flying broom!! and then the rest of the dream is flying everywhere.
• some miscellaneous stuff happening just before the dream ended and i woke up... i dreamt of making a capybara shaped cake? which was also a house? another video game character was there too (meursault from limbus company). lots of fictional character appearances today. anyway, those seem like less important stuff. i eventually woke up!
